All puzzles are shipped via Canada Post.

Q. Will my puzzle come in a box? Top
Yes, all puzzles are boxed.

Q. How long before I receive my puzzle? Top
Your puzzle will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of order/photo.
You will be notified via email when your puzzle is shipped.

Q. Can I mail you a photograph? Top
Yes. The original photograph will be returned to you with your puzzle.

Q. Can I mail you a CD with my digital image on it? Top
Yes. The CD will be returned to you with your puzzle.

Q. Do you give discounts for bulk orders? Top
Yes. For bulk order pricing please contact us directly at fundraisers@pictureitpuzzled.com.

Q. What method of payment do you accept? Top
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Amex, cheque and money orders. Orders paid by cheque may be delayed until the cheque clears.

Q. Can I get text printed on my puzzle? Top
Yes, we can add text to your puzzle according to your specifications.

Q. Will my puzzle be exactly like my photo or will it be cropped? Top
If your original image will not convert to the puzzle size requested without distortion, minimal cropping will be performed, to avoid any distortion of the finished puzzle.

Q. I do not live in Canada, can I still order a puzzle? Top
Yes. All prices are in Canadian dollars, but we will ship outside of Canada.

Q. I want to order a puzzle proposal or invitation. Do I need to add the text to the image before I send it to you? Top
You can design the proposal or invite yourself or you can include the text and we can design it for you**. We will email you a proof for approval prior to cutting the puzzles.
** There will be an additional $5.00 fee if you want us to do the design.

Q. Can you make a puzzle from a slide or negative? Top
Yes, we can scan your slide or negative to create your puzzle. Your slide / negative will be returned to you with your puzzle.

Q. What resolution should my digital image be in order to create a puzzle? Top
Use the chart below as a guideline to determine the size of photo required for a quality puzzle print. Some digital photos enlarge better than others.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type.
